Phoenix is in Arizona, in the Southwest, where the desert climate brings very hot summers, mild sunny winters and the summer monsoon; outdoor businesses shift their hours toward early mornings and evenings in the hottest months. Getting around Phoenix is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Arizona's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

THE WORST SHOP I’VE EVER DEALT WITH AVOID SERGIO AT ALL COSTS I brought my 2018 Toyota Corolla in to get four new tires. The total was supposed to be $480. Instead, this shop charged me $2,836.60 through Progressive Leasing a completely outrageous and unacceptable mistake. For the past two weeks, I’ve been trying to get the charge corrected. I spoke with Sergio multiple times, and he promised he would email Progressive to fix it. He never emailed them. He never followed up. He never took responsibility. Sergio was dismissive, rude, and extremely unprofessional every time I reached out. Instead of correcting their mistake, he acted like I was inconveniencing him. His attitude alone tells you everything about how this place is run. To make the situation even worse, when I picked up my car, one of my hubcaps was missing. When I brought it up, I received zero accountability just more excuses and attitude. So not only did they massively overcharge me, but they also returned my car with missing parts and refused to properly fix their own error. I am now having to contact Progressive directly and report this as possible fraud because the shop refuses to do their job. This busine

Hoped to get a tire and left with two really good used tires for the price of one after receiving the best customer service from the owner that took the phone call while out. The older gentleman was fast and polite with the work. Will definitely go back for new tires after saving enough and recommend for others, worth the drive from Glendale after finding them on FB marketplace 😁

For starters, they have VERY competitive pricing when looking at buying new rims and tires locally. Only shop LOCAL that had the exact rims I wanted and I know I got a great deal. After looking at 4 other shops, I ultimately decided on Guerros for a better price/ availability same day. I had trouble with the tire pressure sensor and i reached out after a day of driving with no pressure signal. They had me back at the shop and fixed up that same day. Great service and prices. Highly recommend.

Rocky’s tires does a great job! My wheels look amazing the front should have been leveled just slightly more due to them rubbing but besides that minor detail I’m in love. I went in with one idea just chrome and after working with Joseph Aaron and Sergio I was shown even better! They worked very well with my budget and helped with financing. My truck looks amazing in the last 3 days I’ve had several compliments. I would definitely recommend!
